Fluency

About

You don't just learn — you understand.

That's the idea behind Fluency. Financial knowledge should feel practical, human, and usable — not overwhelming.

Why we built Fluency

Financial stress is one of the most pervasive and least-addressed problems in the American workforce. The data is clear: nearly three in four workers report that financial concerns are their primary source of stress. This affects focus, productivity, health, and retention.

What drove us to build Fluency is why the solutions available to employers so rarely work. The problem isn't a lack of information. Employees have access to more financial content than ever before. The problem is engagement. A platform with 50,000 articles is no more useful than a library the employee never visits.

Our approach

Fluency is built on a simple belief: a financial wellness program is only as good as the engagement it drives. We combine a best-in-class financial wellness platform — powered by Enrich — with a fully managed communication and engagement model.

That means HR teams don't need to become financial wellness experts. We handle campaigns, content, and reporting. Our job is to make the program work — so the employer gets the ROI, and the employee gets real support.

What "understand" means to us

The name Fluency reflects what we're building toward — employees who don't just have access to financial tools, but who actually understand how to use them.

When an employee runs their retirement numbers for the first time and sees exactly how a small change in contributions affects their outcome, something changes. That's not content consumption. That's understanding. That's what Fluency is built to produce.
